At Ganesh Yoga Studio our mission is to provide you with a safe, fun, and empowering practice. Yoga is about connecting your breath, mind and body. As teachers our main focus is to give you an outlet to best achieve this connection. Our studio upholds high standards of love and acceptance: of yourself, your body, and others around you.

Christince has been practicing yoga for over a decade. She started during her first pregnancy with an at home DVD. After finally taking a few classes in a real studio she was hooked. Like most, yoga first began as a physical practice. After discovering Ashtanga, she began to see the effects of her practice transform other parts of her life. She soon started studying on her own, and eventually enrolled in teacher training. Since then, she has dedicated herself to yoga and the study of this vast science. While other spaces in Wichita shy away from the mental and spiritual side of yoga, Christince fully integrates all aspects of the teachings of Patanjali into her classes, in a very inclusive and accessible way. She truly believes in what yoga has to offer on a physical, mental, and spiritual level and loves helping people find ease and joy in following their own paths.

Christince received her initial teacher training through Siva Yoga Studio and has since completed additional training under the guidance of Tim Feldmann, Kino MacGregor and others at Miami Life Center. She is continually studying with her teacher Tim Feldmann, and travels across the country to study with other amazing leaders of Ashtanga yoga such as Tim Miller, Richard Freeman &amp, Mary Taylor, and David Garrigues. Christince is also completing her Reiki Master training under the guidance of Rikky Maas. In addition to teaching yoga, Christince enjoys spending time with her husband and children, and advocating for survivors of sexual assault and children in foster care.
